Normally institutes/organizations establishes research and development cell,in the last year of their first batch.But , we sincerely feel,wonder’s at research & development in a fortnight,are just illusionary.From day one, research and development cell would create an atmosphere with help of faculty,to understand the concepts of their course with analytical open/approach.Thereafter, students would be given a platform in/out the institute, to practice the concepts & finally, they would be asked to make such innovations , which happens to be a practical/long lasting/economical &viable solution to enormous problems/ requirements of a particular field. such a research, would definitely prove as a landmark achievement for the students ,staff in specific and society at large we are sure such research scholars need not run after placements , rather they would be having adequate no. of choices for placements.
